About
Erin’s Elements is a wellness-based home support service focused on simplifying the way people eat and care for their bodies through their everyday environment—starting in the kitchen.
The idea is simple: when your kitchen supports your health, everything else becomes easier.
I work with clients in their homes to reset pantries and refrigerators, remove highly processed foods, and replace them with cleaner, more practical options that fit real life. This is not about restrictive dieting or perfection—it’s about creating an environment that makes healthier choices more natural and less overwhelming.
Services include in-home pantry and fridge clean-outs, healthy food swaps, grocery guidance, and simple meal planning support designed to reduce confusion and bring clarity back to daily eating.
Erin’s Elements was created from both professional and personal experience. My background in holistic wellness and years working in a naturopathic medical practice have given me a deep understanding of how lifestyle and environment affect health outcomes. I’ve also seen firsthand how small, consistent changes can make a meaningful difference over time.
This work is about meeting people where they are and helping them take realistic steps forward—without pressure, judgment, or extreme approaches.
Over time, Erin’s Elements will also expand into virtual coaching and structured meal planning support to make this guidance more accessible beyond in-home services.
The goal is simple: to help people feel better by making healthy living more practical, sustainable, and supported in everyday life.
My Story
My path into wellness started very personally at age 19, when I was struggling with endometriosis. At the time, I was being offered conventional medical options that felt very aggressive for my age, including treatments that would have put my body into a medically induced menopausal state.
Looking for another perspective, I met Dr. Jones, a naturopathic physician. That experience changed the direction of my life. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, she focused on supporting my body through targeted nutrition and supplements, and for the first time I felt like I had options that worked with my body rather than against it.
That experience inspired me to go deeper into holistic health. I went on to study at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts through their online program and became a certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Life Coach.
After completing my education, I began working with Dr. Jones at Elements of Health. In that role, I help support the daily operations of the practice, including preparing supplement plans as directed by the doctor and assisting with patient communications.
Over time, my passion for wellness has continued to grow, especially around the idea that health begins in the everyday choices we make at home—what we eat, what we keep in our kitchens, and how we support our bodies in simple, realistic ways.
That’s what led me to create Erin’s Elements.
Erin’s Elements is my way of bringing this philosophy directly into people’s homes. I help clients reset their pantries and refrigerators, remove ultra-processed foods, and replace them with healthier, practical alternatives that fit real life—not perfection.
This work is about making wellness feel doable. Not overwhelming. Not extreme. Just simple, supportive changes that build over time.
Alongside this, I continue my work with Elements of Health and plan to grow Erin’s Elements into a side business focused on in-home support, healthy food guidance, and eventually virtual coaching and meal planning.
My goal is simple: to help people feel better by making their environment and daily choices easier—not harder.
